Policies
I understand that unanticipated events occur occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective & fair to all of my clients & out of consideration for our time, as missed/late appointments significantly affect my clients, business, & livelihood the following policies have been implemented.
Cancellations: 24-Hr. Minimum notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any individual service.
48-Hr. Mininimum notice is required for multiple services; (i.e. massage & Body Wrap, Massage, Body Wrap & exfoiliation,etc.) Full service fee or loss of gift certificate will result for failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment within specified time periods. NO-SHOWS: Will be charged for full service fee or if reserved with gift certificate the gift certificate will become null and void.
Note: If you are scheduling your session within 24hrs. of actual appt. there is no cancellation period & you will be charged the full service fee.
Late arrivals: If you are late for your scheduled appointment I will do my best to accomodate you, schedule permitting. However a small service fee may apply. If the schedule doesn't allow for this type of accomodation you will still be given the same time slot & your appt. will be shortened. Example: If you are 15mins. late you will receive a 45min. session and will be charged the full service fee. Note: If you are a new Client time may be less due to the need to fill out necessary paper work. again you are still responsible for the full service fee.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are Non-Refundable & Non- Transferable. Cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates, please keep them in safe & secure place. Photocopies will not be accepted. You must have original certificate at time services are rendered or you will be responsible for payment in full. No-shows or failure to cancel or reschedule your appt. per cancellations above will render your gift certificate null & void. Note: Gift certificates purchased during special promotions/coupons will only be valid for 3months from date of purchase. At the expiration period the gift certificate will convert back to the original purchase price & recipent will be responsible for remaninder of fee for services.
Causes for massage termination:
Rebecca will terminate massage sessions for the following reasons & payment in full will be required.
Massage will be terminated immediately if a client makes any sexual advances or request. Even questionable sexual discussion can be cause for termination. Massage Therapy is Therapeutic in nature & absolutely no way sexual. Advances of this nature will not be tolerated for any reason.
Sessions will not be conducted if client is intoxicated, using drugs, or threatening my safety, safety of others in the building, or themselves.
